feedback:

  • – Sound/Audio: maybe the narrative can translate the recording (like “the door is opening,” “someone is walking”) > transcript by writing
  • Publication: the Grid system is nice! Maybe combine the consistent elements and messy/random elements. Try automatic approach, maybe loose the placement of words.
  • extend the automatic to the design of the publication > have something more messy: maybe set up a system in this idea of automatism
  • be able to have all the informations on the page for a station for example: transcript sound + drawing + automatic writing
  • add a timeline
  • more algorithmic approach
  • Invite people experiences( maybe invite them draw on it)
  • do more experimentations
  • Format of publication: pages, scroll(can document the movement, and the grid system can include the waveform at the bottom) flipbooks.

refection:

  • push the automatic further > make it part of the layout, have it at the heart of the project.
  • do new experiments with different mediums to gather more information.
  • look at dada and calligram for inspiring type layout
  • think of the system/algorithm for the layout
